IP assigning method:
- Web Browser

Web Browser:
- Take AudioCodes in the Browser with default ip.
- Assign new ip address,NAT ip,subnet mask and default gateway.
- Save the configuration into flash memory and reboot the Audiocodes.
- Take Audiocodes with new ip address.
Bootp/Tftp server :

- Connect an Audiocode direcly to Bootp/Tftp server with a cross cable.
- Enter into the Bootp program.
- •Enter into ‘Services’ and then click ‘Clients’
- Now you can see the client configuration window.
- •Add client details such as MAC address,IP address,subnet mask and default gateway
- Click apply,apply&reset then ok.
- IP has been assigned to the Audio code.

- Protocol management -- > Protocol Definition --> DTMF & Dialling.
- DTMF settings - RFC2833

- Max digits in phone number - 20
- Others kep it a default
Voice settings:
- Advance Configurations --> voice settings.
- Voice Volume - 1
- Voice Gain - 0
- Echo canceler - ON
RTP Settings:
- Advance Configuration --> Channel setting
- RTP directional Control --> Transmit-Receive
- Payload type - 101
- Advance Configuration --> Configuration file.
- you can export or Import the entire configuration file.
Software(Firmware) Upgrade:
- Software Update --> Software Upgrade wizard
- You can update the firmware to the new version using this wizard.
- CMP file will be available with the CD given during the audio code purchase.
Status & Diagnostics :
- •Call Details : Status & Diagnostics --> Gateway status
- Channel status : Status & Diagnostics --> Channel status

Save Configuration:
- After all the changes has been made, do the save configuration to get updated.
Reboot:
